Since Boxun.com has been attacked by Chinese government and has to discontinue reporting the Chinese Jasmine Revolution, we the organizers have officially decided to post information and news reporting on Chinese Jasmine Revolution on Faceboo, Twitter and Google Blog.
We learned that Chinese government employs hundrends of thousands of people to make overflow attacks on Boxun, VOA, Twitter and other websites, in order to block information about this movement.
We issue our strongest condemnation on Chinese government; the government arrests the innocent people and obstructs global information flow. We believe these deeds cannot stop the development of Chinese Jasmine Revolution
According to the feedbacks we received, on Feb 27, 2011, this movement spreads to over a hundred cities, largely exceeding our initial expectations of 27 cities. We send our salutations to all Chinese citizens supporting and participating in this noble movement!
We call upon all social groups, intellectuals, unemployed college graduates, retired socials, Christians, Falun Gong practitioners, cast-off workers, victims of forced land and building demolisions, and all people suffering from governmental injustice, to walk together on the street; we ask all Chinese citizens, especially the younger generation born post 80s and 90s, warmly welcome the appeals of Chinese Jasmine Revolution. Our collective effort changes our country!
We will analyze our situation closely and will issue the exact cities and locations where the Jasmine Revolution’s next round of walking will take place in the afternoon of March 6, 2011 at 2pm.
Some of our organizers have been to the sites, personally witnessing and participating in the historical moments, and we the organizers will disclose our personal identities at a proper time. With the global call for freedom, we sincerely put our hopes on the safety and stability of Facebook, Google and Twitter, which will facilitate China
